3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You may use Ledvery only if you are legally permitted to do so and, where applicable, authorized by the organization that gives you access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, selecting strong authentication factors, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Ledvery in violation of law, regulation, or another person's rights.
- Attempt to bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the service.
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or register domains, applications, or agents that you are not authorized to control.
- Use automated means to scrape, overload, or abuse the public website or authentication endpoints except as permitted by documented integrations.
5. Customer Data and Configuration
You retain responsibility for the information and configuration you submit to Ledvery, including organization records, redirect URIs, domain claims, and agent metadata. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to provide that information and configure those integrations.
6. Third-Party Identity Providers
Ledvery may depend on third-party identity providers and related services. Your use of those providers may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ledvery is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or acts of third-party providers.
7. Security Monitoring and Enforcement
We may monitor use of the service to protect Ledvery, our customers, and other users. We may investigate misuse, remove or disable access to data or configurations that create risk, and suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, operational, or legal reasons.
8. Availability and Changes
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Ledvery at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. Intellectual Property
Ledvery and its associated software, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, we retain all rights, title, and interest in the service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ledvery is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledvery will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ledvery, its operators, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the last updated date above. Your continued use of Ledvery after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
